Meet Dr. Sherrilyn Brannon

Dr. Sherrilyn Brannon joined our practice in November 2004. She received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 1988. After graduation, Dr. Brannon practiced small animal medicine in Massachusetts. In February 2004, she visited Houston and decided to make The Woodlands her home.

Dr. Brannon has a special interest in Gerontology. She is a diehard Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and Celtics fan. Her two cats, Eli and Esther, especially enjoy football season.

Dr.-Castro

Meet Dr. Rafael Castro

Dr. Rafael Castro is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and grew up canoeing down the river, hiking the state parks, and tubing at the lake.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Arkansas in 2017, but his interest in veterinary medicine began before that. He worked as a kennel technician at 15 years old and ultimately decided during his time at UCA that he wanted to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.

Our Reviews

We Love Our Clients And Their Furry Family

“Dr. Brannon and the staff are the kindest, sweetest people on the planet. They have taken care of my cats from adoption to old age and beyond. I cannot imagine a better animal clinic for skill, service and compassion.”

– Carolyn Boyd

“When my regular vet was too busy get my pet in for an emergency, they made sure he got treated that day. Possibly saved his leg. Since then, have always gone to them. They always take good care of my animals and with 3 locations, have options too.”

– Kate Forester
